"I was stuck in the South with a FOB that wasn't working and in the midst of tropical storm trying to make my way back north. This Nashville Indian motorcycle crew fixed my key within minutes, looked over my bike to make sure it was up to par after having sat in a garage for a year and gave me a place to dry off. This was my second experience with this group of professionals that acted like gracious hosts rather than a motorcycle dealership. When you go there it feels like your a guest rather than a customer.

I'm not sure if Polaris rates their Indian dealerships, but I would be shocked if there is any dealership from any motorcycle company that is better than this one.

"Kameron,I recently purchased a 2016 Indian scout from Music City Indian. I wanted to take a moment to say thanks to you and your staff, particularly Joel Ellis.I don't live in TN. I tried to purchase a Scout through my local Indian retailer with no luck. I guess they weren't very interested in selling Scouts as I visited their shop twice trying to take a test ride and negotiate a purchase. Needless to say, they were not very cooperative, for reasons unknown.I found your website online and called to discuss various Scout options. I began working with Joel Ellis. From the very 1st call, I knew he wanted to sell me a Scout. He could not have been more cooperative and helpful. During the whole process he made me feel like I was part of the "family". Due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to get to Nashville to close the deal and pick up the Scout. Joel took the initiative to help me close the deal without me coming to Nashville AND get the Scout delivered to my house. Long story short, I did purchase a Scout as planned. I got exactly what I was looking for at a fair and reasonable price and I owe it all to Joel's great attitude and cooperation.I plan on visiting your shop as soon as I can and thank you both in person but until then, I'll just have to say it here. I reached out to this dealership on a sunday night via the contact form. I got a response in about an hour. From that moment on Joel in sales has done nothing but exceed my expectations. He helped educate me on the brand. Was willing to take the time to let me test ride and experience the different models. No pressure sale. I bought two bikes from him! I recently did some customizations to both bikes (Chief Vintage and Roadmaster) Cams, custom exhaust, etc. Joey in service (a harley and Indian guy as well) was as excited as I was about the upgrades. Meticulous workmanship. Patient with me answering all my questions. Joey, Joel and the entire team do a great job. Great customer service! And fantastic selection of parts and accessories!"
